We raise funds subject to contribution limits to provide direct support to candidates who reject the Republican and Democratic parties, providing a platform for individuals who are tired of the traditional political divide.

Our mission is to amplify the voices of those who seek a new path for our nation's future.

Contributions to Independent PAC are not deductible as charitable contributions for federal income tax purposes.

Independent PAC is registered with the Federal Election Commission as a hybrid political action committee that operates a PAC account (i.e., a contribution account) and a Super PAC account (i.e., a non-contribution account).

Our PAC account may accept contributions from individuals up to $5,000 per year; contributions from corporations are prohibited. We may make contributions to federal candidates and other PACs from our PAC account.

Our Super PAC account may accept unlimited contributions from individuals, corporations, and other organizations. Spending from our Super PAC account is independent and it does not make contributions to any candidate or party committee, or coordinate its spending with candidates or political party committees.

Contributions from foreign nationals, foreign corporations, and federal government contractors are prohibited.

Federal law requires us to use our best efforts to collect and report the name, mailing address, occupation, and employer of each individual whose contributions exceed $200 in a calendar year.

By contributing to either of Independent PAC’s accounts, you affirm the following:

You are a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident (i.e., green card holder).
This is contribution is made from your own funds, and funds are not being provided to me by any other person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution. You are not making this contribution on behalf of any other person or entity.
You are making this contribution with your personal credit card and not with a card issued to another person.
You are at least 18 years old, and you are not a foreign national without a green card or a federal government contractor.
